What do we discuss before care starts?
The type of care, the person's circumstances, attendance hours, location and specific duties form the basis of the care plan. Fees are discussed after reviewing these factors; different situations need different arrangements.
Everyday care differs from specialist clinical treatment. If medical procedures are needed, the provider's qualifications and any required medical instructions must be checked. Do not change prescribed medication independently.
