Who is this service for?
For parents who need planned support with daily care or a few hours of help each week.
What support can be arranged?
- Help with meals and hygiene as agreed with the family
- Play and age-appropriate activities
- Support with sleep routines and everyday tasks
- Updates on the child's wellbeing and ongoing communication with parents
How are the schedule and fees agreed?
The child's age, number of children, schedule and any additional needs are discussed before selecting a caregiver. Child care does not replace assessment by a paediatric clinician.
Tell the office about the required hours, location and the person's circumstances. Availability, fees, start date and responsibilities are agreed before care begins.
Prepare for our first conversation
Note the person's age, the help they need with daily activities, their general location and preferred days and hours. You do not need to send medical documents or sensitive information through the public form.
